I am a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner and tarot reader currently based in Vermont. A seeker of equanimity, a lover of the trees, rivers and beings, seen and unseen beings.
Through facing and loving darkness, I have come to believe that the quality of our connections with self, each other, Earth and the unseen world have the potential to liberate us. I offer this work with humility as a method of tending to our bodies, spirits and the wisdom of our ancestors.
May we each live beyond imposed limitations and reconnect with our inherent worth and embodied liberation.
