Reiki is a Japanese healing system that includes the channeling of energy, Reiki, to the body through the hands of a practitioner. Alex gently places hands on the body to offer Reiki, in combination with Tuning Forks.

Tuning Forks are vibrational medicine that break up interference in the body and auric field. Both Reiki and tuning forks can create deep relaxation which encourages relief from chronic pain and releasing of trauma.

Yoga is an ancient body of philosophy rooted in India. It comprises a complete system for living, embodiment and liberation. Sessions are tailored to your goals and provide individual instruction including asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation techniques.

Together we will explore an inquiry or aspect of life through the cards. Alex will offer grounded interpretation, with space for your own intuitive reflections.
